DOTS is  the result of 10 years of development which merges educational training ,  

 HTML programming, and Internet access. Over 20 different Online courses have

 been created, first for Intranet use and then converted to Internet access.

 Internet access allows off-campus students to participate in the emergence of new

 technologies for education and training. Now, " the teacher comes to the student

 rather than bringing the student to the teacher."
